Warranty Claim Policy
- The following conditions are subject to warranty claims
- Moisture
- Insulation Issue (not retaining temperature)
- Rusting
- Rattling Sound
- Leaks due to factory defects
- Claims can be made within 1 year from the date of purchase.
- Original receipt of proof of purchase must be presented when claiming warranty.
In-Store Purchases (Physical Store)
Returns & Exchanges:
- Returns and Exchanges can be made within seven (7) days from the date of purchase
- Must present the original receipt or proof of purchase.
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags attached (for change of mind)
- For exchange transaction involving higher-priced item, the price difference must be paid at the time of exchange. No refund shall be made for any price difference.
Non-Returnable Items:
- Sale or clearance items
- Any customizations like laser printing done outside Aquaflask
- Any mishandling scenarios such as dents and scratches
Online & Department Store Purchases
Returns & Exchanges:
- Contact customer service of respective store or online accounts
- Must present proof of purchase or order waybill
- We shall follow respective stores’ process and policy.
Non-Returnable Items:
- Any customizations like laser printing done outside Aquaflask
- Any mishandling scenarios such as dents and scratches
